To usher in the new academic year with renewed vigor, our school organized a 4-day non-residential experiential workshop, DISHARI, from May 22nd to 25th, 2025. The workshop aimed to refresh and rejuvenate our staff members.
The workshop commenced with an inaugural function on May 22nd, 2025, at 8 am. Mrs. Bindu K M, Vice Principal, welcomed the gathering, and Jb. T V Ali, School Manager, inaugurated and presided over the function. Mrs. Sunita Nair, Principal, delivered a thought-provoking keynote address, setting the tone for the workshop.
The workshop was expertly led by RESORCIO, under the CBSE Plus project. The sessions were handled by a team of renowned experts, including Mr. Robins J Alappatt, Co-founder & COO, Resorcio; Ms. Usha Poornima, Trainer; Mr. Abin, Psychologist; and Dr. Linto, Psychologist. The sessions were highly engaging, thought-provoking, and inspiring, leaving a lasting impact on all participants.
The valedictory function was held on May 25th, 2025, at 8 pm, in the presence of School Managing Committee members. The workshop concluded on a high note, with all teachers sharing that they had an ever-memorable experience.
Through this workshop, our school has taken a significant step by partnering with Resorcio to train teachers, students, and parents. This collaboration is expected to yield positive outcomes and enhance our school’s overall performance.
The DISHARI workshop was a resounding success, and we look forward to implementing the learnings and insights gained during the workshop in the new academic year.
