International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking _June 26

Under the guidance of the Counselling Department, MES Campus School observed the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking on June 26, 2023. During a special assembly, Amna Parveen of IX-B delivered a speech on the consequences of drug use, and students and staff took a pledge against it. Posters with anti-drug slogans were displayed. The program helped students understand the adverse effects of drugs and the importance of preventing addiction. Additionally, Devika P. and Fathima Haya (Class XI), along with Ms. Alka Jacob,,Counsellor attended a workshop on drug addiction prevention at VRC Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre, Malappuram. The session, inaugurated by former DGP Rishiraj Singh, was an eye-opener for spreading awareness against drug abuse.
